THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE BROKEN OR LEAKED PODS I spent 40$ coming in for the first time (bought an 1/8th of flower and a King Louis Cartridge) on 1/15/2022 and they did not supply me with a substitute cartridge after the one I had bought exploded and leaked. I came in with the original packaging and receipt like they asked within seven days and I showed the person who helped me and they simply looked at it went to the back and then told me they couldn't replace it because it wasn't a mess all over the cartridge. I spent $25 for basically no reason and they did nothing to actually help recover the cost. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money and not be helped at all and waste your time. Do not tell your customers to come back with the original packaging and a receipt simply to tell them then to go home with nothing and then a waste of money
