Staff was quick and pleasant, but this is not the Herbal Wellness center I used to love anymore :/ They used to have nice $25 8ths, but I got home and quickly realized it was trash flower - short a half g (only 3.0g) The crappiest part they need to fix though, is the waiting room was a mess with people standing everywhere. I have PTSD - why I smoke- and that scene in the waiting room was just Not Okay.

They messed up my online order- had to come back and get it fixed- THEN they over charged me almost $75 over what I should have paid- I called and they said I had to bring my whole order back! Once again, I drive back to the store and go in the because a manager Never called me back as promised! I go in and they tell me “So I can give you a credit but thats all I can do for you...sorry.” I have 3 kids and getting to the disp is already hard enough! That was total BS! Wack-Wack-Wack!!!

I ordered online through Urban Green House for my first time and it was super easy and the woman who checked me out was so sweet and really took the time with me, super chill spot. I love not having the anxiety of waiting in a room full of people at the dispensaries, but Urban GH’s environment is so different from the others, very relaxing in there.

Natures has THE Best flower & concentrates' in town!! Awesome staff / 1 Stop shopping/ Incredible product/ Nuff said 🙆 🌺✌
