I haven't had such an experience like I've had at 2020 Solutions since medical days. Mariah is compassionate, knowledge, straight forward, and really makes you feel special. I'll now be a loyal customer to 2020 because of Mariah and the care she gave me.

So after waiting for ten minutes to be helped (after multiple employees [mostly female] saw me and helped newer customers first), the very kind security guard flagged down someone to help me. The guy who then helped me was quick and efficient but didn't even know what he was doing. When I asked for his opinion on something, he told me he doesn't really smoke weed (?!) Overall this place couldn't handle how busy it was and definitely didn't feel female-friendly. The product selection was decent-ish though.

My first experience with a recreational shop that actually cares about the customers. You get a great one-on-one session with a budtender who is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares if I not only walk away happy, but stay happy. And everything I bought has been SUPER DANK!!! Definitely coming back!
