Nice atmosphere (it's an old bank lobby) and very helpful staff. Not too long waiting either. Maybe an hour was the longest - Once. Mostly in an light in 15 to 20 .minutes
Personally, I have never waited here for more than 15 minutes to be seen at the counter. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. One star lost for not having some items in stock for awhile, but maybe that's just growing pains. I'm still going back!
