printed label on package contains name and drivers license #. (talk about a identity theifs dream) asked about 2 items on 'menu' that they were out of. otherwise good quality at reasonable price.
used to come here all the time. prices up quality down. didnt even have strain on menu i went for. just left, doubt ill be back. they dont care about medical patients anyway
