have been coming here consistently for going on 2 years. I drove down today and they have a temporarily closed sign due to system issues. I then had to go to another place. However I might have found a new location to frequent as it seems you all have been having more issues (as I had talked to management more than once in the last 2 months regarding issues with pre ordering) I keep coming back because I know you all have been trying so hard to improve things. However today also has opened my eyes as to the quality of the bud (stem and/or seed in pre orders. Regardless I should be able to trust that it's consistent whether or not I watch them clip). I hope to see you all make a huge improvement soon. (PLEASE SEE COMMENTS FOR UPDATED REPLYS AND RESPONES) 10/9 removed another star- Menu shows they had shatter. Attempted to pre order they called back to let me know they have none (which I appreciate because sometimes that doesn't happen, and I already wasted gas yesterday ). I'm disappointingly taking my business and money elsewhere for awhile. Those who know me and how consistently I purchase here, I pray for the best for you all and hope things turn around soon. Honestly it's going to take a lot to get my consistent business back. Very sterile feeling atmosphere (which can be good and bad). The main herb room is very open, but there is limited seating in the waiting room on the busy days. The bud is prepackaged by the gram so you cannot hand pick or smell the bud you're getting or . I sometimes wish they had a large menu like that do at dispensaries with the estimated THC % and best usage (maybe even a customer review average on a point star system) . The service itself can very if it is very busy get ready for your budista to seem tired n high and sometimes even they will seem like you are bugging them, but at least since it is prepackage you can kinda get in and out. When its not as busy they are very personable and talkative and usually high too lol, The best thing and the reason why most of this stuff I don't mind is the fact that they have an excellent selection as well as point system. I cannot tell you how many times I have use it for papers or even an edible or free gram! I have recommended friends but I explain what to expect for those who are not a fan of prepackaging.
