Curaleaf - Ocala

On the morning of 7/15/2022 Ocala’s curaleaf location Customer service is a 1/10 both my wife and I checked in at front door.. she checked in as a pick up order and I checked in as a walk in order…. We both stood in the lobby unrecognized until an employee came over and ask can they help us.. we both said yes and we both checked in…. Gave him our names and he said hey there you go Ill get you guys called to the register….he went to the back and got her meds that she ordered online while 5 other employees stood and did nothing but talk to each other…..wife called and took cared of now I’m standing in the lobby by myself u til 2 other customers checked in as walk-ins as well and they got called while I was still there waiting …. Like do you not see me standing here??? Do you not see my name on the kiosk your hand while you’re over there talking to each other??? You guys literally skipped over my name and did not acknowledge me standing in the lobby after I already told you I was checked in…… can’t walk in or stand in lobby unless your checked in….so how could I be skipped??? You guys need to get with the program and UP your customer service….. or is it because I was the only black person in there??? I don’t know I don’t want to pull the race card but I felt unrecognized as a patient and a customer I’m very upset I couldn’t get my meds!
