This has never been a problem before (and it technically still isn't) but I had bought a cartridge a few weeks back upon getting home and opening the box I discovered half of it had leaked out. I called up an talked to the person up front explained what happened they apologized and got me to a manager witch had no problems fixing the problem. I Had a similar experience at a dispo in another city that was not as understanding and helpful as the staff at latitude. By far the best staff and customer service I've ever experienced

I love the staff at the eldon or osage beach location both have an amazing selection with very knowledgeable budtenders. As soon as you walk in the store at either location there's always a friendly helpful face
