absolutely beautiful architecture. tons of employees walking around eager to answer any and all questions I have ever had. Yes, there is usually a long wait for the Full Service (meet with a "budtender", ask all your questions, sample smell the strains you want, ask more questions, and generally have a great experience with the person assisting you). Once you are familiar with the menu, and know what you are going in for.... they offer an "express lane" where you fill out a card with what you want (there is no sampling the smell of the buds, can't really ask a lot of questions, and value is put on speed..... get in, get out, quickly). I HIGHLY recommend the express lane for anyone that KNOWS what they want. Using express, I have never waited more than 30 minutes..... I have easily waited in Full Service line for over 90 minutes before.

First time getting an order from these guys and I am completely blown away! Incredible service. Edibles are more like INCREDIBLE EDIBLES. Highly recommend the watermelon or cherry drops. Lollipops are awesome too. Awesome customer service, had very timely responses to my questions. The main Emerald Ave phone# texted me that my call from the driver with an ETA would be delayed until 2pm. Driver called right at 2:05. told me ETA was around 90 minutes. and he was here in 95! 10/10 Will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again
