Culta is the worst Dispensary in Baltimore.
They have the worst staff and flamboyant, hatefull, nasty, backhanded manager.
Culta pulls the 'bait and switch' trick; one price online, another when you get there.
It's dirty, it's small and terrible service.
Go anywhere but Culta.
