They call to say the order is ready. Call when you get to the parking lot. You get there and call and nobody answered you listen to classic music which is bad enough. You sit in the parking lot and keep trying to get through. After 20min or so you get through. Meanwhile everyone sits waiting for someone to come out of the store to get their package finnally someone comes out and someone finnally gets their package. Then it takes at least 15 minutes for the next package to come out. After waiting an hour I finnally get mine. There are 5-6 cars waiting. Don't forget the package was supposed to be ready. Why the terrible waiting time
