I don’t mind the Cali vibe this dispensary gives off as it seems fairly relaxed. The music wasn’t so loud that it overpowered my conversation. What does bother me a bit is how the budtender had a headphone in his ear, and how he handled my concentrates. Concentrates have the tendency to be messy because of the terps. What contributes to this is the budtender leaving them on the side during the whole transaction, not placing them in my bag and handing it to me where they are all face up to prevent any terps getting all over the lid. As any budtender should know, terps that end up on the lid end up as a wasteful expense from the carelessness of another. As a budtender myself, I always always always try to tell my customers how to handle their bag to prevent wasting their product because we spend a good chunk of money. I would rate the service 5 stars except recreational customers have priority in the lines. As a medical patient, the ratio is backwards. Product variety is nice, but it sucks to watch people who got in line after you as a recreational consumer go back and leave while you’re finally in the lobby.

Due to coin shortage, they will make you use your loyalty points if you don’t have exact change. I told the budtender I didn’t want to, she basically told me I had to if I didn’t have another dollar. I should be able to choose whether to use them or not, and as a cash ran business, this shouldn’t be an issue that falls on consumers. It’ll be an issue for me to drive the distance I do to this location in the future because of how this got handled today.

I continue to come back for a reason people, they do a great job! Seriously, get off your couch and instead of reading more reviews, type in their address and come check them out!
