Amazing dispensary, plenty of quality flower with good prices and absolutely AMAZING prices if you have the new patient special. They also have an insanely diverse amount of edibles and concentrates. Whenever I'm in Mesa this is where I'll be at for sure.

Very friendly service, and most importantly - the 2 strains that I received (the PGSC in particular) is without question in the Top 5 **BEST QUALITY** strains I have EVER seen/smoked. After moving from Mesa to Tempe, I wanted to possibly find a new favorite location. Emerald Palace was my prior "go-to" dispensary any time I needed anything. After visiting PARC, I can say with absolute certaintyi this is my NEW FAVORITE location, PERIOD. *GREAT* quality meds all around, flowers are lab tested for potency and include CBD % as well. As for the prices, they are AMAZING @ $10/g for all strains across the board. Spent more than double what I planned and walked out with 5 strains. Would recommend to anyone, but especially to those patients who often buy grams or 8th's (smaller amounts) when you buy your meds, you will be very pleased with the selection and service.

Talked and dealt with Mark, honest and awesome dude who was enormously friendly as well as helpful with all of his meds (which all look GREAT despite being only $10). Got TWO prerolls for free, not one. Would recommend to ANYONE!

By far my favorite dispensary, it isn't the closest one to me but the deals and selection and quality and ESPECIALLY the fact they are open every single day makes this one of the best by far.
