Thought i'd give this place a shot, and was very disappointed with the flower quality. My flower is extremely dry, and burns with a harsh yellow smoke, accompained by a bitter taste. Would not reccomend and will definitely not be returning.

On my most recent visit to bloom, I purchased the White Widow strain. When I checked out the medicine on display, it looked and smelled quite nice, and I decided to give it a try, since it was new. After arriving home, I opened the pre-sealed bag, which I then noticed contained dark, leafy, stemmy popcorn flowers. It didn't smell like the display medicine either. When I tried out medicine, I felt an immediate dry, abrasive harshness traveling down my throat, and I then proceeded to have a headache for the rest of the day. The medicine tasted very grassy as well, and burned strangely. The smoke stung when it came in contact my throat and mouth. Overall I was highly unsatisfied with the medicine I received. I would like to benefit from the effects of my medicine instead of having it cause me more pain.. So, I went in and asked if there was any way I'd be able to exchange the ineffectual medicine I received for something else, but was quickly told by a manager that there was nothing they could do about exchanging "open flower". How was I supposed to know I'd get a headache after first trying it? What am I supposed to do if this happens again? Just be silent and accept the headache inducing medicine I receive? Bloom, please increase the level of quality care & concern for your patients. Listen to us. If we tell you that your medicine is giving us headaches, please respond compassionately instead of defensively. Thank you

Phoenix relief center is by far the best Dispensary in Phoenix. I have tried the others, and they have all fallen short in comparison to PRC. The medicine quality, as well as the level of professional care and concern, exceeded my standards. Great job guys.
