I usually give 5 stars for quality. I haven't had a problem with their bud until yesterday. They had a great half oz special and ran out of the strain I wanted so I had to get a different one, which is normally okay. I was told it was small buds which I don't care. I grind them all the same. HOWEVER, small bud was an understatement. The majority of my half oz is stems, and some stems don't even have flower attached. I called to let them know about this. Unfortunately there are no returns and I understand that. They were apologetic but offered me nothing for my dissatisfaction. Looking back I realized that my budtender did not show me the product before purchase like they usually do. I will still come back because they mostly carry great product. I have no idea how that strain even ended up on shelves.

I thought I liked this place. Brought in my daughter as a first time patient on Wednesday and was told I get 20% off an edible. I don't eat them. Their website says you get a free pre-roll, not 20% off an edible. I called them up to see if I could still get my referral pre-roll and was told NO. I don't think I will go back. That is terrible service. I was in hospital for my birthday and had no problem getting my birthday deals a week later from other dispensaries. Plenty of other places that I'll give my money to.

Swell farmacy is awesome. Great strains, great daily specials. Wonderful pre rolls only $5. Great for a tight budget. Online ordering makes it easy to get meds quick without the wait. Very nice staff.

I went there as a first time patient and thought they were kidding about their new patient special: 10% off first 10 visits. What a joke. I'm a veteran so I get 10% off anyway so their special does me no good. I would go there because they had $10g which fits my budget. Now they are so expensive I can't afford to go there anymore. Even though they are 5 minutes away, I would rather drive 20 minutes for the same meds at a lower price. Not to mention, they give a single dose cookie for a birthday special. Can't eat cookies and was refused a substitution. The staff could be more friendly and personable. Always felt rushed. I don't feel the need to visit this dispensary anymore.

The quality of the meds is not any different than other dispensaries. They all carry the same strains. The prices are very high for me. Being a disabled vet on a monthly fixed income, I can only afford to come here when they run $10 g specials but that isn't very often. I did come in for my free birthday pre-roll. The gentleman who helped me led me to believe I could get any strain but that was not the case. I only had a choice of 3 strains. I picked the Cabbage Patch because he told me it is really good. After I told him that the pre-roll was all I wanted, he got very irritated and rude with me like I had just wasted his time. Don't know if I want to come back.

This is my go to place when all other places close at 7pm. Great product at a bargain.
