Order was prepared and ready for pick up at 11:53 am. When I arrived at 7:00pm, they were sold out of the product I bought even though my order was preordered and prepared supposedly in the morning. Disappointed, only got 1 gram due to the mess up.

They never have what is on their menu. Why have a menu if you do not update it? I refuse to go back and always give it one more try and they always fail me. I did a phone order this time and received the notification to pick it up while there. That was fine but the budtender said they didn’t have anything I ordered and my text should have said that. Instead it said my order was ready for pick up. I wish they would update menu!!
