Been going since they opened and am an overall satisfied customer. I started going there regularly when I moved and it became most convenient. I have not needed to go back to dispensaries of the past, ones that didn't warrant a review (my valuable time), because there was enough of a variety at Phresh Start. Nothing stands out in particular either though and they seem to be spiralling recently as the turnover rate goes higher. It leads one to wonder why. Quality control needs attention as well, it isn't what it was just 7 or so months ago, what's changed? (Besides the obvious which is nothing that would effect quality control.) As with all customer service, there are good and better, there are bad days and good ones. I shouldn't have to remind people in this community that we are here to support each other and be understanding and patient with ourselves and others.

I'm so glad I finally made time! The minute I walked in I was greeted by friendly and approachable staff. Great selection of high quality products including items difficult to find in other places. The space is open and welcoming and the staff are really knowledgeable but still listen. I have to say, the best part was how I felt, you hear the term, "valued customer" all the time, if you want to FEEL it, go to TJ's.

I am returning to the area after having been away for over a decade, a lot has changed. I've only been back since March and have been all over checking out various dispensaries. I have looked at a lot of them. I can say honestly that Oregon Cannabis Outlet has the largest variety of fine quality flowers I have come across to date, and again, I have dropped by a LOT of dispensaries, not difficult in Eugene considering there are 3 to a block. Oregon Cannabis Outlet has everything though, the whole package. Not only did I find the largest variety of quality flowers ranging in prices that were more than fair, they also have accessories, edibles, vaping equipment etc. Some dispensaries have a little of this and a little of that but these guys have something for everyone, it's safe to say you can find what you need there. If you have trouble, the customer service is outstanding. BJ is knowledgeable, relatable and friendly. The first time I dropped in I had the honor of also meeting Alison and Brandon who were both extremely helpful and patient even with all my questions. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend checking out the Oregon Cannabis Outlet, you will be so glad you did.
