I LOVE THE EMPLOYEES HERE!
Today they took the time to discuss their thoughts on a product I havent used yet but will be very soon!
I used to really dislike it here but that's changed!
From the security out front until I get back in my car , things have been great!

I dislike the fact that the products at the KOP and Packer Ave but not nearly as bad as KOP location are 85% of the time SHORT!
PAREA IS THE WORST AND TOU SHOULDNT CARRY THE FLOWER! THIEVES!
I dont like the fact that "IM SORRY" must suffice for my time, my gas and my energy to go and hear "I'm sorry that's a error on the menu, we dont have THAT'!
things have gotten real messy in here they got on the covid-19 a little too late! The menu is extremely Limited if you're looking for flower or cartridges! if you live close by and are a fan of concentrates.( but all apply with their rewards program) it's a great program to ask about
I was there with a friend I was trying to add on that the security guards aren't always very nice or shall I say even seem happy maybe that can be addressed
from a "patients'' point of view started with a misinformed security guard making his own rules outside store during this covid 19 daily changes and such, to a rude unknowledgeable unhelpful budtender like almost on purpose, to my exit , it just was not a good experience! steve , yes .. if I could see Steve problem solved
