I placed an online order but never got a confirmation text. I waited about two hours and then I decided to call the store. I was left on hold for about 30 minutes and then I hung up and decided to go shop somewhere else.

They had great quality and staff. The bud was premium quality, and I would recommend to a friend.

Ordered from here for my first time last night at about 11:45 PM. Guy on the phone told me they would be at my house around 1:15 AM, but they never showed. Between 1:15 and 2 I called and texted several times but got no response. Very poor service, I will not try this place again.

Store has a great selection and service. I really enjoy their vape pens, will definitely be back.
