I've been a loyal customer of this store since 2014 when they opened. Yesterday I would have given 4 stars but after a huge online order discrepancy, speaking to 3 employees ( including the manager) and made to feel an idiot I will no longer shop here nor will I recommend this store to anyone.
Online they had a 10 pack of candies advertised for $8 so I ordered two. My receipt from their order engine 'Dutchie' shows the online price of $8, that receipt was stapled to my bag at the store. My husband picked up my product for me and was charged $40 a bag for the candies. When I called I was told that I must have ordered a single candy for $8. If I had ordered a single candy, when pulling my order the budtender would have put a single candy in my bag. There were two bags of 10 candies each in my bag, which is exactly what I ordered online. As would any loyal customer I called to make this right. While on the phone with the manager the website admin changed the product description so now I'm being told there is no way what I am saying is correct. The receipt stapled to my bag compared to the receipt from the store is my proof. Bait and switch tends to means this was maliciously done but if you shop at this store please make sure to check prices before purchase.
