Grower 101. I am also a grower, consultant, and also run a nursery for cannabis starts here in Eugene. I have been growing cannabis for many years now and can tell you that there are slew of problems that can arise because of the stresses that the plant is being put through #1 problem overwatering, others include over fertilizing, neglect, not enough light, pests, temperature, and don't forget mold. All of these together or single-handedly can produce seeds in your plants. Stress causes hermaphrodation which produces pollen sacs inside or next to your flower buds and unfortunately that will cause seeding to happen. Also there are molds and funguses that will form in your root system caused by the soil and fertilizer that you use also can cause seeding. sorry to hear that you lost a third of your crop please don't blame others for your mistakes if you grew some vegetables from Home Depot and they didn't turn out the way you wanted I don't think Home Depot would refund your money months after the fact. I can understand a refund or exchange a day or two after the purchase of a plant but what you're describing is unreasonable in my opinion. There are telltale signs that a experienced grower would be able to identify. Male characteristics show signs before the plant even reaches 2 feet to 3 feet, male plants do not have to be mature to identify whether or not it is female or male. Please take all of this with a grain of salt as I am sure most people take your review.
