Decent shit. Only 25% THC, I expected much higher from a Face Off OG hybrid.

“DNA Cake” by Legacy Genetics was what I tried, Wedding Cake x Gelato 33, only 24% THCa so not a banger, like Cakelato, but for 35$ not bad. Bud was 5 months old , but still smelled and tasted like Ice Cream Cake. I just prefer Cannect Wellness’s “Cakelato” @34%. You can’t beat Ice Cream Cake x Kush Mints.

I picked up a couple Quarters of Cannect Wellness’s “Cakelato” which is Ice Cream Cake x Kush Mints 35% sent me to the friggin moon 🌙 tonight!!! I’m going back tomorrow to pick up another half ounce of this cakey thick nugs! OMG breaking it up releases a SKUNK smell that almost gets you high alone. One of my 1/8ths was just a 3.4 nug! (and a little piece of popcorn) it was so thick almost 2.5inches thick!!

Just picked up an 1/8 of this cross from Cannect Wellness, a brand I’ve never even heard of(I normally only smoke Cookie strains), but when I saw that a bunch of this brand just came in a few days ago with 6 strains over 30%!! I went for the Ice Cream Cake x Kush Mints because I love both of these strains!! At 33%, this Cakelato was one of the best small grown craft cannabis’s I’ve seen in a while packed just 11 days ago, Dec 28th 2024, bud was soft and smelled beautiful of Skunk and herbs. I will be sticking to this brand from now on. Cannect Wellness was a shocker at the price point of 37$ an 1/8th

Alley Cat is a Hybrid of T.I.T.S. x Diablo OG By IC Collective. It’s a powerful cross, and IC Collective grows some of the best hydroponics in IL. 5/5 on this strain. Great for pain relief, insomnia, etc. My 1/8th was 29% THCA. Very powerful high👍

I picked up a couple 1/8ths of Premium cuts from IC Collctive, good Head Band, best I’ve come across in Chicago area actually, it’s an older strain, that few have seeds or parents of. Definitely a more powerful Hybrid. @24% THCA it packs a friggin punch man, and I only smoke Cookie Brand Flower usually, but their going under major changes in IL, so it was time to move on from Berners poor business decisions. IC Collective is the next closest thing to decent hydro.

Ice Cream Cake is my absolute favorite strain. Although I generally get it crossed with Animal Mints by Cookies 🍪 Mexican Flan 🍮 hard to beat that strain.

Triple Scoop by Cookies is Purple Push Pop x Jealousy, not sure where leafly came up with theirs cross(es). Decent daytime hybrid, nothing special. Revolution grown in IL, last batch before they got fired.

Nothing special here, it’s gets better when it becomes Jet Fuel Gelato and then they cross it with Lemonchello= That Badu!

Bar far one of the BEST Cookie strains ever!! I’ve tried every Cookie strain in IL, (most recently Hollywood, and then Blue Raz and Blue Suede dropped by Grandiaflora?) Anyway, no other Cookie strain compares to Thatlllkor Mexican Flan) by artist Erykah Badu! It took a few Quarters of a very fresh batch( June Harvest) Lemonchello x Jet Fuel Gelato! I’ve smoked Tahitian Lime(couple Quarters)a Sativa dominant strain of Lemonchello C x Jet Fuel Gelato #54 and the other Lemonchello A cross called “Margarita Bar,” with Jet Fuel Gelato #45 but I love That Badu by far out of the 3!! Great daytime strain for pre work, pre stretching, pretty much w/e comes your way. I’m an athlete, I jog/walk 12 miles a day, everyday and That Badu helps me recover from all the aches/pains.
