Workers of the new Key Dispensary off Alma School messed up my online order and charged me an extra $50.
Instead of offering to fix their mistake, or attempting to give me the amount I paid for, they said sorry and were going to send me home with much less than what I paid. I had to politely argue with the supervisor on staff for 15 minutes to get my money back.
Once I was able to receive my refund I didn’t want to leave without any product, as I drove roughly 30 minutes for their deals. In response, the worker who was working with me was acting very cold, unfriendly, silent, and quite childish to be frank.
I was a regular at this dispensary prior to the acquisition by Key, but after this experience I can see their employees have no interest in helping their customers beyond the bare minimum.
