Talk about a rip off. I ordered a product on-line and took a picture of the product like I always do. Order was confirmed, etc. I go there and pick it up. Cashier showed me the front of the product, put it in the bag, stapled the receipt and sent me on my way. I went home (it was after 7) and opened my bag and checked the package. I was SHOCKED to see that the THC content on the package was 17% when what I ordered was 28%. Waited til the next morning and tried to call them for hours and no one would answer the phone. So, I drove up there, walked in with my package and asked the two girls sitting behind the desk if there was something wrong with their phones to which they replied no. I said, "Hmm that's funny because I've been calling for hours and no one is answering. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager would not even come out of her office and sent someone else. I showed her the product, the picture, and I pulled it up on their website showing her what I ORDERED. She said "you can't bring product into the building." I said, "well, if you would answer your phones, we wouldn't be standing here right now." She was obnoxious and went to the manager only to come out and tell me that they are sorry, it was a problem on "Jane," and that they WOULD NOT take it back but they offered me a free grinder to which I responded, "take your grinder and shove it." The minute I left, I called the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and told them what happened. They took down all information and told me to call the Ohio Board of Commerce. I made a full report to them and they are handling the matter. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, EVER!!! I do not trust them and their false advertising. Thankfully a new dispensary opened up in Hubbard called ACA Dispensary and they are WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, and everything that GLeaf isn't. I will only shop there from now on. Bye bye GLeaf.
