We now offer a third phenotype, Purple Ombre Cake #41, as Live Hash Rosin and Live Hash Rosin Cartridges due to its exceptional suitability for ice water extraction. Like most of the Purple Ombre Cake phenotypes, structure, size, growth rate, and bud development on #41 far exceed satisfactory levels. However, what distinguishes this pheno from others is the noticeably stable trichomes, making it a desirable selection for ice water extraction. The inviting aromas of sherbet, grape, cake, and rich chocolate that emanate from developing plants further reinforce this choice. When separating trichomes from the buds, sherbet aromas begin to dominate, befitting its delicious Sherbet lineage. A freshly cracked jar of Purple Ombre Cake #41 hash exudes the traditional rainbow sherbet aromas of sweet berry, lemon, and lime. Notes of rich cake and decadent chocolate candy follow the fruit-forward aromas, finished by a touch of gas. The complex scent translates well to flavor, offering a sweetness similar to that of a feijoa (a South American fruit sometimes described to have a “purple” taste). Effects lean on the tranquil side, with a potential for increased energy and mood, followed by a heaviness behind the eyes and body relaxation.
