Taken sublingually, onset usually begins within 15 minutes to 45 minutes. This tincture can also be taken orally (45-90 minute onset time) and applied topically. We generally suggest starting low and slowly ramping up to find your minimum effective dose. For chronic issues, a regimen of small doses three times a day before each meal and sometimes before bed is usually most effective. A good starting dose for mild issues is 2.5mg total cannabinoids (roughly 1/4 dropper or 10 drops). This dose can be gradually increased over time at your comfort level until you see improvement.
