About this product
Eew, gross! Sorry—you’re either a Red Vines person or a Twizzlers person, and if you’re the latter, “Red Vines Pie” sounds like the least appetizing kind of pie since you learned raisin pie used to be popular. (The story goes that people in the olden days who had a hankering for pie in the wintertime when fresh fruits were unavailable would make it with dried fruits instead. The theory is sound, but the mental image is kind of nasty.) Historical digressions aside, Red Vines Pie may hit the spot if that’s what you’re into. It tastes more like the way a freshly-opened pack of Red Vines smells than the candy cherry of the Vines themselves, and you’ll definitely notice the cookie-like sweetness of its Grape Pie lineage. When Cherry Pie is unavailable (or just out of season,) Red Vines Pie will certainly do in a pinch. It’s a good strain for these winter months, because it delivers a unique sense of comfort and warmth that you can feel all the way down in your bones. It’s relaxing and contemplative in a way that makes the cold and the darkness that much more bearable.
