About this product
10ml | Grown Organically | Aromatherapy | Pure essential oil of Eucalyptus 100% Pure, no dilutants or carriers added Non-GMO Not tested on animals Irradiation free "Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulant Eucalyptus is such a strong and recognizable scent. People the work over know and love eucalyptus. I know when I was a kid my mother had the eucalyptus leaves in the house and I loved the way it made the air seem cleaner and fresher. Eucalyptus comes from the leaves of the evergreen eucalyptus tree. The leaves themselves are very fragrant. The essential oil is a colorless oil with a strong taste and odor. Eucalyptus is used in many products, most commonly those associated with salves, rubs, creams and mouthwash. Eucalyptus essential oil makes an excellent addition to a diffuser/essential oil blend. Try blending it with peppermint, spearmint, vanilla, lemongrass, lemon or lime to create a blend to clean the air and relieve sinus symptoms. Add your eucalyptus blend to a shower gel or soap bar to create a body wash that not only smells great but also helps with eczema, psoriasis, and blemishes. Eucalyptus has a compound called cineole in it, which is a strong antibacterial. Looking to build your pedicure line? Try a blend of eucalyptus and tea tree to create bath soaks (using our Epsom salts), foot cream (try a blend of our organic shea, organic mango, organic cocoa, Oregon grown hazelnut, organic extra virgin coconut oil, and a little aloe oil), and a toenail fungus oil (something like Oregon hazelnut oil with the blend added). Eucalyptus and tea tree both have strong antifungal properties. Eucalyptus also makes a great addition to a natural home cleaning line. Try adding eucalyptus and maybe oregano or orange or lemon essential oils as an additive for laundry, add to a melt-and-pour soap chunk to make laundry soap, or add to a spray or home cleanser. Eucalyptus is also an excellent scalp and hair treatment oil. Eucalyptus essential oil has strong antiseptic and anti-fungal properties, so adding to a shampoo or creating a scalp mask or oil, with a base of organic argan oil and Oregon hazelnut oil, with some eucalyptus, tea tree and maybe a little vanilla added can help clear up the scalp and leave the hair smelling great. Do not apply directly to skin. Most essential oils are not designed to be applied directly, rather they are designed to be mixed with a carrier oil such as our organic sunflower or organic jojoba oils. Always perform a small patch test when applying to skin. Do not take internally unless you are licensed to apply them as such. This information is for reference only.
