Harvest HOC - Tempe (Med/Rec)

I've have been a Harvest club member for years now coming here off and on. I have never had a bad experience with them and excellent service with all of there local businesses that support Harevest. My only gripe is that I would appreciate and like to see a more frequent and a variety of deals. There is always there standing 4:20 happy hour on pre rolls but most dispensaries have special deals everyday of the week. I also feel like when there running special deals here at Harvest the business is like a revolving door people in and out.... So my question is why not more deals and incentives to come visit Harvest instead of some place else that might have a better deal that day?

A sir with the Letter L has helped me complete my order. The Alien labs Gelato 41 was amazing like the man said. Outstanding service! Sorry I forgot the lads name. He wears his cap backwards, light skinned. He’s the best bud tender.

Bud tender was extremely rude, asked for the BOGO deal on drip concentrates and he gave me all thr full price stuff instead, misleading and deceptive business practices and have been reported to corporate for this. Its concerning to me as a medical patient on a fixed income that they would try to deceive me to spend more for less medicine when itbwas clear from the start what I asked for.

Great place this was the first dispensary I went to. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good meds.

Flower smells like old stale green tea bags.

I have to admit this dispensary is one of a kind. I always get the great customer service and care inside here. However i visited today for the $5 special on the lavender jones. Was a little iffy on purchasing because the good ole saying “you get what you pay for”. I expressed how i was feeling uneasy to my budtender as i did not want to waste my money on some low quality flower and she suggested me grab a gram or two. Try it out than

awesome workers good deals and great quality

So today was my first time checking this dispensary out and I have mixed feelings about this place. I placed an online order which did come out correct thank God, because I read a ton of reviews stating they either "get lost" or simply are never fulfilled until the patient shows up. Anyways, i check in and the receptionist is fantastic! He was very polite, created my profile, and explained how there store kind of worked. So I get into the express line and the girl behind the counter (i wish i got her name) was BEYOND rude. Made zero eye contact with me and didnt even greet me she just said "whats ur last name", grabbed my bag and literally flung it at me across the counter. WTF?! I then asked politely if there were any deals for first time customers and she just said "nope". WOW. Not sure id visit this location again soley because the customer service in the back is insulting. It seems as though this location is either too busy for the budtenders to handle or they simply only care about ur money, not ur experience.

Very comfortable atmosphere and plenty of strains in every price range. Service is always quick and professional, defintely a great spot to visit!

This place actually has the worst bud I've seen in a dispensary, some outdoor stuff. But they also had some good indo, and the 1st time deal was the best I've ever had. The older guy who works there (owner?), he's pretty great.

The staff is super friendly, everything is pretty much easy to ask any questions, there is a lot of choices for edibles and great quality. The sales they have are reasonable and great when you catch me. Overall satisfied and will continue to keep going.

I have become a huge fan of this dispensary. The staff are very nice and professional and they always have a good stock of products. I started coming here for the prices. If the price was not better than they were on par with the surrounding dispensaries for the items I planned on purchasing. I highly recommend. Only negatives would be the limited parking and small entry lobby. This dispensary is Covid-19 compliant and is rec friendly.

First time to TEMPE Harvest, pretty clean and a definitely fast place. They all are but I have been going back to this one. Thanks Harvest !!! Took my friend to go there too bad you don't have a referral service. Got a pretty good deal tho... thanks.

Ordered online to get there and online order's window closed, then opened next worker said next time to get in medical line. Communication is key but I'll be back.

Was busy in there. My online order didn’t go through as expected, but my bud tender was super cool and I was able to get some other prerolls and edibles. Super appreciate the great service I’ve had there. Thanks guys!!!

Went in and got a preorder in, got 2 strains of some cresco carts, before I left from the dispensary I noticed one of my carts was taken out for another strain that I have atm, went back in and asked to speak to a manager for a replacement but it was just a male receptionist that tried helping me out, he tried “checking for me” if there was any other strains in the back but he “didn’t” have any more strains. This was in a matter of 3-4 min of the time from when I was leaving from paying and having to come back. when a customer that was in front was getting listed 3 diff strains of the same brand & not only that, I was basically told the strain that I ordered is not real (Sonoran sherbert) but when I looked it up it’s real 🤦🏽‍♂️, a whole slap to the face to just get another cart of the same strain that really isn’t the best to get a second of (Galatic runtz) Horrible customer service for the stuff we order beforehand, don’t come here please y’all they really don’t gaf bout y’all

This location has a great atmosphere the customer service is outstanding and the flower and the concentrates are amazing I would recommend this location to anyone
