Sugar is characterized by the crystallized surface of the wax and its granular, wet sand-like consistency. Sugars go through the same processes as shatter; the main difference is that sugar is set to vacuum purge longer than shatter, giving the concentrate time to nucleate, which preserves maximum terpene content and flavor profile. Uses: dab rig, vaporizer.
